A professional Hair stylist & Makeup Artist from Raglan, New Zealand

About my hair and makeup journey: Hairdressing has always been a passion of mine. I was first introduced to the industry at 12 years old, working at my aunt’s salon. I immediately took a keen interest and went on to study hairdressing at Wintec (Waikato Institute of Technology), attaining the Loreal and Dateline award of excellence and graduating top of class.
In 2014, I started cutting and colouring on the floor at Azarni hair, a boutique salon on Hamilton’s Casabella Lane. I gained a loyal group of clientele who found me bubbly and creative and were impressed with my ability to understand and share in their beauty vision. It was not long before my clients were requesting I assist with their makeup.
In 2015, I began learning everything I could about makeup artistry and the skills needed to become a professional artist. After two years of self-driven study and practice on my friends and family, I began doing makeup in the salon before starting my own hair and makeup business 2017.
In 2020 I moved my business to Raglan while continuing to work in Hamilton branching out to become an eco friendly, 100% vegan hair and makeup artist.
In 2023 I moved to Auckland to be closer to my partner where I opened my studio at home in Titirangi - I will continuously keep on following my dreams and passions in the hair, makeup and entertainment industry in this exciting me city.
I strive for perfection in an industry that is constantly evolving. I am ambitious about the future and will keep working to up-skill, reduce waste as much as I can to help the planet, people and animals. While making people feel fabulous and cared about.
